With many exciting projects underway, we are looking for more Garden Workers for the 2026 season who have education and experience in the establishment of outdoor environments where high demands for quality and results are placed. We also welcome newly trained staff, so do not hesitate to apply.

Kreativ Trädgård is a company that designs, establishes, and maintains gardens in Varberg. We cater to housing agencies, hotels, and private individuals, helping them with their outdoor environments.

In this role, it is important that you are engaged, meticulous, and have a strong drive.

Independence, responsibility, and a good sense of service towards our customers in daily operations are essential.

We are looking for someone with the physical capabilities for establishment and land preparation. You are detail-oriented, responsible, and have an interest in gardening and maintaining outdoor environments. The job includes ground works, establishment, and gardening tasks such as hedge and lawn mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, weeding, snow shoveling, and working with brush cutters.

Working hours and employment

Seasonal employment from March to the end of November. Working hours are Monday to Friday.

For the right candidate, there is an opportunity for full-time or part-time work. Salary and start date are negotiable.

Practical experience with machinery is an advantage. A B driver's license, manual transmission, and the ability to speak and write in Swedish are required.

The position starts from March 2026, but may be slightly later. We offer our employees wellness benefits.
